Enjoy a rustic yet modern experience at this centrally located stay! Stay in our Rustic KP wagons that we have renovated to give you a cozy, unique stay. KP Wagons were used throughout NZ to move general freight goods and were eventually removed from service in the 1990’s. Each wagon is styled with modern furnishings and quality linen for maximum comfort, preserving the rustic look on the outside and creating a fresh studio feel inside.
Rustic Rails Accommodation is centrally located in the town centre of Dargaville, walking distance to the supermarket, cafes and shops. 13kms out of town is the largest drivable beach in New Zealand, Ripiro Beach. 36kms out of town is the Kai Iwi Lakes. The closest airport is the Whangarei airport, 66kms out of town.
