The Apartment is located very close to the city centre. Gorgeous views of the Grampians & City Cathedral. The property is accessed by a flight of stairs to the first level where you will find living space, kitchen, lovely sunny spacious covered verandah & Queen bedroom, bathroom & laundry. An additional set of stairs take you up to a large master room & ensuite.
The neighbourhood is central & the property boast lovely views towards the surrounding hills. Only a few minutes walk to the city centre.
