Nestled in the middle of 3 hectares between 2 majestic mountains with bush and sea views. The front deck faces North and looks out of McLeod Bay, the side deck has bush and mountain views. Safe swimming beach at the doorstep, awesome local walks. Enjoy the birdlife and peace and quiet. This is an early 1900's restored flat faced villa with the charm of the old world with modern appliances. There are a small number of resident animals young cattle and two playful goats.
The neighbors are a pretty quiet group, mixture of young families and retired. There is a great community hall just down the road, takeaways a short walk away, swings and slides for children to play.
