Warm and sunny 3 bedroom house within walking distance to Lower Hutt hospital and Avalon Park. 3 Spacious bedrooms with wardrobes (two queen and 1 double) additional single futon, cot and high chair available. Radiator gas heating throughout house, infinity gas water and underfloor tile heating in Kitchen and bathroom. Great afternoon sun on the dining room deck and a private fenced courtyard.
I've been hosting for 2 years and enjoy gardening and cooking.
