Welcome to Surf and Stay! This accommodation has two bedrooms one with a California King Bed and the second bedroom has a Queen bed. We use Egyptian cotton sheets and pillow cases so although we do not iron our linen it is cleaned in 100% organic soap powder and is fresh and clean. The accommodation has a lounge with two leather black recliners and.a 75 inch TV. This room has a deck that looks over the Golf Course and back to The Pinnacles. The kitchen and dining room overlooks Slipper Island, Shoe Island and Paku Hill and you can see the sea. Please note that this accommodation is the upstairs area and is above Surf Play and Stay which is our studio accommodation equipped with laundry, microwave and seperate toilet and shower area. It also has a TV and a three seater couch. This property has off street parking. We also leave food in the fridge and pantry for our guests to use. Should you wish these areas to be clear then please let us know. This property is 50 years old and although we have made it as luxurious as possible it is old and the showers are small but have great pressure and are clean. Hi I'm Zoanne, I'm a kiwi, I have lived in Asia and Europe and I now live in Tairua, New Zealand. I free dive frequently and really enjoy the water, fishing, diving, sunbathing and swimming. There are lots of walks around Tairua and fresh water holes. It is such a dream living in such a beautiful place.

Tairua is very safe, it is lovely to just walk into town for dinner and drinks. You will not be hassled or approached. Very family safe neighbourhood. Everyone walks everywhere!!
