Welcome to Surf Play and Stay. This studio is based on the ground floor of our home in Tairua. Designed and Built by Bob Scott our barefooted All Black, back in the 1970's. The Studio has a bar with a sink and is a fully self contained room with toilet and shower and washing machine and condenser dryer. In addition it has a private step walkway to The Tairua Golf and Country Club. Please note that the room price only includes one Queen size bed. Should you wish additional beds they are additional cost outlined previously. You can soak in mountain views back to the Pinnacles (mountain range) from the bedroom and outdoor furniture set which is ideal for afternoon drinks. Only 10 minutes walk to the surf beach and play grounds it's a great spot for your next escape.

Hi I'm Zoanne, I have lived around the world in Europe and Asia and I now I base myself in Tairua which is home to me now. We can offer transport to and from Auckland International Airport for an additional cost please contact me to discuss. I also have a wealth of information about the area to help you with your sight seeing endeavours. Just 20 minutes to Cathedral Cove, the famous Hot Water Beach and Ha Hei Beach.
