Nestled in the popular suburb of St Clair is this little gem, just 400m from the beautiful St Clair beach and Hot Salt Water Pools, and a slight extra stroll to the boutique shops and eateries on the Esplanade. A quiet, spacious home with recent renovations give a peaceful suburban feel. The space is fully equipped with full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and is the ideal spot for a small family or as business accommodation.

Situated in the extremely popular suburb of St Clair. Walkable access to some of the best beaches and the esteemed Esplanade area where you can find a selection of great cafes, restaurants and shops. Handy also to the popular "Dinosaur Park" and a nearby golf club. A heat pump heats the living area, with an additional heater available in the bunk room. We also provide hot water bottles for each bed.
