House recently full renovated. Full wooden floor, sitting room installed a new heat pump with 43" LED TV, equipped kitchen and opening dining area towards a large deck having lots of sunlights. Free WiFi and free concrete area parking at back of house. Whole accommadation features 3 bedrooms, one room has king size bed, other two each have queen size bed. Having 1.5 bathrooms for guests, but be aware third bathroom in this house situated outside the hallway door, this hallway door be locked all the time. Both inside and outside people cannot be access, so will not disturb on each other. The third bathroom for on-site manager only, having own entrance to this bathroom. IF you are under 4 adluts guests, you can book & pay two bedrooms (third bedroom will be locked) /1.5 bathrooms with full house. IF you are 5-6 adluts guests, you can book & pay 3 bedrooms (one king size bed & two queen size beds ) / 1.5 bathroom with full house. IF you are ove 7 guests, you can think about booking another 3 bedrooms house (Red Brick House) as well. Both house are same address. Please be aware that this is a neighborhood area, neighbors are very careful safety and quietness. So definitely no party and drunk in the house. Once happened, neighbors will report police immediately (police station 350m away only) and you will be drive away at no any discussing.
