Please note our location is NOT 5 minutes from Ruakaka and Marsden Cove, we are 1 hour from this coast line.
This is not a shared unit. The entire 3 bedroom unit is yours and not shared with any other guests. The unit is part of our home but has a private entrance. We live upstairs, our lounge is above the unit and therefore there can be some light foot traffic and floor noises at times.
The kayaks come with the unit and are always available for your use. The boogie boards also come with the unit and are always available.
