Welcome to 'The Crawford's' This holiday home is a modernized, stand-alone two storey weatherboard home at the end of a Cul De Sac, with its own drive way and garden. The interior is modern and fresh,has 4 bedrooms upstairs, including the bathroom and toilet. Lounge, kitchen, dining, laundry and extra toilet downstairs. Make use of the convenience of the heatpump or have a cosy night by the fire, to give you and your family room and comfort on your holiday, or get-away. The house is equipped with unlimited fibre broadband, has a small stereo, comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy a gathering in the dining area, with your own cooked meal or call in some take-aways from the local Curry, Pizza or Thai restaurant. The property is within 500m of the Stadium Southland (all sorts of in-door sport activities) and the same distance to the world famous Transport World car museum and Grille Cafe. You got Queens Park, walks, a few cafes and restaurants and shops in a similar distance. Its is a mostly quiet neighbourhood with the occasional sports noises when something is on.
We do live near by if there are any extras needed and our friends are right next door to keep an eye on the property.
The property is within 500m of the Stadium Southland (all sorts of in-door sport activities) and the same distance to the world famous Transport World car museum and Grille Cafe. You got Queens Park, walks, a few cafes and restaurants and shops in a similar distance.
