Although 28 square metres, it feels generously cosy and stylish with the vaulted ceilings adding a sense of space and the deck adding indoor/outdoor flow. The kitchenette is equipped with an under bench fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave oven, hot plate, toaster, crockery, kitchen equipment and cutlery. Bathroom amenities are provided and a heated towel rail. An easy stroll to restaurants, supermarket, eateries and the shopping centre and a 10-15 min drive to beautiful Mt Maunganui and local attractions. So close to the Carmichael Reserve for a lovely walk with ponds and boardwalks and there are many great cycling tracks that are easily accessed from here. We can provide lock up facilities for your bike if needed. We offer unlimited WIFI, Samsung Smart TV with a range of popular apps.

As an Interior Design student I have enjoyed renovating The Nest Cottage and have a love for all things 'interior'. I enjoy getting out on my ebike, love the outdoors and being in my garden.

We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a retirement village and a church on our boundary. We are 50m to the bus stop which will take you into the city and Mt Maunganui.
