Our team at Stay Waiheke all live, work, and raise our families on Waiheke Island and we know well what makes this island so special. We look forward to sharing our local knowledge and assisting our guests with all aspects of their stay. Our team is available 7 days a week 8:30 am to 5pm for guests and for emergencies after hours. Please note: Guests are required to upload a visa or mastercard to the property managers reservation system within 72 hours of booking. The card details are held as security on the property in case of any damage. This is a condition of the reservation. Full payment is required 45 days before check in.

With views overlooking one of New Zealand's most beautiful bays and just seconds from the white sands of Onetangi beach, this luxury, three-bedroom, two-bathroom villa is steps from the white sands of Onetangi beach. The villa is open plan with the kitchen, living and dining areas opening on to the north facing deck with outdoor seating, dining and million dollar views! Three double bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the upper level with the master bedroom offering the same stunning sea views. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, the second and third double bedrooms share a bathroom and there is a separate toilet on the main living level.

Villa 28 at The Sands is a ten minute flat walk along the beach to three lovely seaside restaurants. The vineyards/restaurants of the "vineyard valley" including Miro/Casita Miro, Obsidian, Stonyridge, Te Motu, Tantalus and Wild on Waiheke are all within easy reach. The property is close to the golf course, Countdown supermarket, Saturday farmer's market and many other Waiheke attractions.
