The Sandy Jandal is just one minute walk to the beach! The sleepout is old school, basic, but clean, comfortable and functional with full kitchen. It's the perfect place to regenerate after a days activities on & around around the peninsula! Offering security on a rear fully fenced section, mature trees give privacy & shelter. The Karikari Peninsula is a mecca for water-sports enthusiasts! No matter which direction the swell or wind, you'll be able to find epic surfing, kite boarding, fishing, diving, paddle boarding etc The space Main house, sleepout, plenty of parking and a small grassed area that guests are welcome to use. Guest access Parking is on the grass between the main house and the sleepout. Other things to note There is a resident dog and cats on site. Pets may be accommodated, please ask. Please be mindful that we are on tank water, reliant on any rain, so please conserve water.

Just one minute walk from the beach with local amenities about a 15 minute walk or short drive. Local amenities include a small general goods store with self serve petrol pumps. A fish and chip/ hamburger shop, a small pub and a bottle store. Recommended that you grocery shop in Kerikeri. Coopers Beach to the southwest (20 minute drive) has a large general store, or Kaitaia (45 minute drive to the south west) has a large supermarket (pak'n'save) and the shops you would expect in a town.
