The Vicarage is lovely small historic cottage, totally self-contained, very private and quiet, but only 10 minutes walk from Martinborough Square. It has full cooking facilities and is well equipped if you like to cook for yourselves, but also close to many excellent restaurants and cafes. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the cottage. The cottage has a private garden with a large flat lawn, perfect for sun bathing and children's games.
We are John and Fiona Horrell. We live and work in Wellington but escape to the Wairarapa whenever we possibly can
Martinborough is a delightful village with a leafy green square at its centre, surrounded by vineyards with lovely cellar door facilities and restaurants. The area is fairly flat and perfect for cycling. Bicycles may be hired locally. There are many places serving great coffee and excellent breakfasts.
