This modern holiday house, designed like an elegance of an art gallery, is full of drawings and artworks throughout its interior. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the kitchen, living room, and dining area offer unobstructed panoramic bush views, creating a seamless connection with nature from every angle. On the second floor, both the master room and another bedroom offer direct access to the deck and BBQ area, each featuring large floor-to-ceiling that frames the stunning views. The master room can be accessed either through the other bedroom or via a separate entrance. The third bedroom, located on the ground floor which has external access, no bathroom, is equipped with a queen and a single bed, plus a large window overlooking the beautiful bush. Additionally, a private study room is accessible just up the stairs from outside, providing a quiet space for relaxation or work. This property perfectly blends modern design with natural surroundings, making it an ideal retreat. Note the TV is in this room. Located just 6 minutes by car from Oneroa Bay and Woolworths supermarket, and only 9 minutes from Matiatia Ferry. Tree Hut Hideaway combines luxury with convenience, making it an ideal retreat. Note: You need to park on the street and go down a pathway with stairs before you arrive at the house. Not suitable for people for people with limited mobility. Due to the third bedroom having external access it is not suitable for young children under the age of 12. Also the property is not suitable for children under 5 due to the stairs.
