The large patio has stunning sea views from sunrise to starry nights, where you may even eperience the call of local Kiwi. The open plan living space includes a dining area and a comfortable modern couch. The flat screen TV provides for relaxing entertainment. The 3 bedrooms include a master with Queen Bed, a second bedroom with Double Bed and a third bedroom with Single Bed and desk space. All beds are provided with modern fresh linen and comfortable pillows. The spacious patio, complete with an 8 seater outdoor dining table is the perfect spot for a summer barbeque The bathroom includes the standard shower, toilet and bathroom vanity. We also provide a very useful washing machine to keep on top of that pesky washing. Please note the property is situated on a sloping section. You don't have to travel far to have a multitude of summer experiences. Golden Cable Bay is on the doorstep with the best Tip Top Ice Cream shop just across the road. Around the corner is the gorgeous Coopers Beach, child and dog friendly, a lovely expanse of sand lined with Pohutakawas. In the other direction is Taipa beach, with a surf beach, gentle river and large boat ramp. A short drive takes you to KariKari Peninsular with the white sand beach of Rangiputa and the stunningly picturesque Matai Bay. Carrington Estate is also found on the Peninsular with vineyard, wine tasting, an elite golf course, restaurants and bar. Also close is the historical township of Mangonui hosting the local pub, the tourist attraction of Mangonui Fish Shop, restaurants, wine bar, art galleries and cute shops. Or take a day trip to the stunning Cape Reinga, drive along Ninety Mile Beach, slide down the massive sand dunes and enjoy a Paua Pie on the way. Nearby at the Coopers Beach shopping area can be found a large Four Square for your grocery needs, a butchers, a beautician and pharmacy
