This is one of two brand new designer homes, side by side, beautifully furnished, set in a rural location with access to a secluded beach. Stylishly furnished, each with 2 separate living areas, sunny decks and 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of room! This is the perfect place for a large family gathering or getaway with friends. The villas are architect-designed with top-end fixtures & fittings. Relaxed but stylish living is the plan! Entry is into a large open plan kitchen, dining & living room. Separated from this is a second living/media room, with a sofa bed & a TV with Netflix, so there is room for different groups to enjoy their own space. The kitchen is very well equipped with high-end appliances including a Nespresso machine, and has a walk in pantry. Both living areas, as well as the front 2 bedrooms, open onto a spacious deck, with a large outdoor dining table, as well as lovely, comfy outdoor chairs, perfect for relaxing with a glass of superb Waiheke Island wine! The house faces north-east so gets great sun all day long, but there is a heatpump/air con in the living room, ensuring it is warm in winter & cool in summer!

The Putaki Bay Villas are located in a rural setting minutes from Oneroa Village & Beach. You can wander through the estate to a secluded beach, or further down the road to Picnic Bay, with a beach & pontoon. Kennedy Point car ferry terminal is just down the road, so it is very easy to get here! It is very close to both Goldie & Kennedy Point wineries and within 10 minutes drive are many other lovely beaches, wineries & award winning restaurants. There is also a golf course and lots of great walks around the coast and through native bush
