This really is the ultimate gateway location to Mt Maunganui and everything on offer.
Including 3min walk to the best surf breaks in the Mt.
5min walk to the famous Tay St Cafe for meals and drinks.
10min walk to Blake Park international cricket ground, rugby, tennis, hockey, squash, netball facilities.
Another 2min walk and you are at central parade shoping centre, supermarket, restaurants, bars and anything else you may require.
Great place to relax or do it all.
I grew up in Mt Maunganui and really loved it, I have tried to emulate that chill vibe Mt Maunganui has to offer.
With great indoor outdoor flow and plenty of places on the property to either escape from the sun , have a spa or work on the tan, and read a book.
Noise to be kept to a minimum after 10pm.
The owner may or may not be onsite in separate dwelling. There are two properties on one large section. Your welcome to book or discuss booking the entire property for your extended family or function.
