PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION COMPLETELY With over 100 positive reviews from multiple bookings websites for our other listing we like to introduce or brand-new fully overhauled 2 bedroom garden flat. She is fully fenced with ppol gates with a flat grass area and mature fruit trees along a 1.2m retaining wall (no extra fence as it is inside the main fence). Chooks are tucked away in our far end of the backyard. An old tree house great to look at - but we advise not to climb onto it. We will make updated pictures as we are still living in the flat at the moment, no pets included :) There's lots of space for parking - even for the boat or jet ski. Our local Kerikeri airport is just 20 minutes away, or the direct drive up from Auckland is a hassle-free 3 hour trip.

I give my guests space but am available when needed During your stay you might see other guests in the other flat above you. There's no internal access, therefore there's guaranteed privacy. But if you have any questions or wishes, we're right up the road and I can shoot down within minutes!

Te Haumi - the best suburb in Paihia. Very safe, friendly and very caring community. We see ourselves lucky to be part of this gem surrounded by palm trees, beaches having 6 months of summer!
