This waterfront villa has been completely renovated in 2023 to a luxury standard. Everything new! King-sized bed in an open studio layout fully equipped kitchen ensuite bathroom.
Enjoy the peaceful waterfront view right on the doorstep of your conveniently located villa on Tairua Estuary just 15metres away across the grassed reserve. Parking adjacent to front door. Two minute walk to Tairua's shops & cafes and sheltered beach, 5 min drive to ocean beach. Your perfect base to explore Coromandel Peninsula, Hot Water Beach, Cathedral Cove, Whitianga and more.
I have hosted for 8 years and know what most guests want to have an enjoyable stay. I am easily contactable through Booking com and respond usually within the hour.
Tairua is unique in that guests can choose a surf beach, a calm family beach or the estuary. The township is 2 minutes walk away and has a good range of local shops and services - supermarket, pub, cafes, restaurants, gas station, to name a few.
Tairua also serves as a convenient base for further local travel to places such as the world-renowned Cathedral Cove, Hot Water Beach plus many other idyllic spots on the Coromandel Peninsula.
