This is a private home B & B. The property is located in an established part of Fendalton and has neutral decor and a spacious shared living/dining and lounge room area. There is a deck outside the bedroom which is surrounded by a trellis-type fence making it very private from the neighbouring properties. There is a view of a garden from the deck. Guests can also enjoy outdoor living on the sunny side of the house in a secure backyard. A BBQ is available for the guest's use.

Fendalton is a lovely established area in the Heart of Christchurch. It is close to the CBD and Riccarton Mall, which is the largest shopping centre in Christchurch. The property is just down the road from a library and swimming complex which has an outdoor pool with hydroslide. A number of restaurants are within a kilometre of the property so within walking distance. The cul-de-sac is very quiet, and there is no road noise.
