Hi, We are a young busy family with two small kids giving nights away in our boutique studio guest house located in a quiet area of Weymouth which is surrounded by sea and 2-minutes walk to the beautiful beaches of Manukau harbour with Keith Park and playground, biking trails, rugby club, football valleys and a couple of boat ramps. Our beloved granny flat is built according to all the building standards with a proper insulation, ventilation, all PVC double glazing windows for main entrance & bedroom sliding doors, study place, kitchen and bathroom windows. Bathroom and bedroom got hair dryer, scales, iron & ironing board, fan, heater & dehumidifier. Kitchen cabinets and drawers are filled with some cooking/cleaning essentials for your convenience. It is also full of white ware like fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, cooktop, washing and dishwashing machines. Some tea, plunger coffee, milo, white sugar and fresh full milk are also provided. Also you have unlimited access to internet. Wi-fi password will be provided in a welcome text message on arrival. Smart TV got a Freeview and Youtube for you to enjoy. As a bonus, there is a BOSE stereo system for a better quality of sound.

We stay in a very quiet and peaceful place with a bus stop just nearby to get you to the train to the City Centre. 25-minutes walk or 4-minutes drive will get you to the shopping hub. Otherwise there us a nice Fish&Chips store to get your lunch or dinner sorted quick. It is a very tranquil place with lots of walking trails and nearby beach where you can enjoy the tides and airport lights😊
