Both rooms share a Jack-and-Jill ensuite with bath and shower overhead. Separate guest toilet also located downstairs for convenience. --Living & Dining:-- Three spacious living areas for relaxation or group activities. Main living area with gas fire, connected to the dining space and kitchen. Dining area seats 8 indoors and flows to a covered outdoor dining space for 10. Fully equipped kitchen with two sinks, kitchen island, bar stools, air fryer, and extra-wide oven. Office alcove tucked behind a sliding door in the main living area. Upstairs living area includes a TV and kitchenette. Second downstairs lounge opens to the outdoor deck. Laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs throughout.;' Parking: Garage is not available for guest use. There is space for one guest car on the driveway (shared with the owners, who live on the other side), and plenty of free on-street parking nearby.
