You will enjoy a unique experience living in our A frame wooden house. Five bedrooms with different characteristics, two living areas, fully equipped open plan kitchen, big dining area and breakfast bar. Viewing the bush from the breakfast bar you can observe the birds with a cup of tea. Kids will love to play inside or outside with a trampoline, swings, dolls house and lots of kiddy books to read. There are walking tracks and bush in the backyard down to the Waikato river. Big garage with plenty of carparking space, 12 minutes drive to the CBD, 15 minutes walk to Chartwell shopping center. There are 5 bedrooms, the layout is like this... room 1 , a queen size bed, room 2 , a king size bed, room 3 , a queen size bed and a kiddie bed which can stretch to 165cm, room 4 , two single beds, room 5 , a set of bunks and a pullout bed. Flexible check in and check out time. Usually our check out time is 10 am and check in time is 3pm. However, guests are able to check in earlier and check out later than our schedule time when we confirm there is no back to back booking.

We are a Chinese and Kiwi combination family, have been living in China for a number of years and are now mostly living in Hamilton NZ. We are living in the same city so we can come over to say hello to you but you will have your own space without any interruptions.
