Villa "La Punta" is an old family house of large rooms, high ceilings and very spacious house that was built around 1900 as a beach house and until now preserved in very good condition; This allows people who like quiet, safe places and be well cared spend days relaxing after or before a long trip.
La Punta is a small, clean and safe district in the Calla province. Here you can enjoy ten blocks of the calmest beaches in one side and a nature reserve of migratory birds, and also piers where you can take walks. Jogging can be done at any time because the weather and the streets are very good for it. About the food, you can enjoy a variety of seafood restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. Near La Punta, you can visit Real Felipe fortress, the Navy museum, the Abtao Submarine museum and also take tours to the Palomino Islands where you can enjoy the marina fauna and swim with the sea wolfes.
