1. Access to the villa

The villa is rented exclusively.

Access is strictly reserved for travelers registered in the reservation.

No outside visitors are allowed without prior agreement.

2. Children & pool safety

The pool is not secure (no barrier or alarm).

For this reason:

Children who cannot swim are unfortunately not accepted.

Swimming is the responsibility of the travelers.

3. Security camera

An outdoor camera will soon be installed at the entrance, oriented only towards:

• the gate,

• the access area.

She does not film any private area, neither the swimming pool, nor the garden, nor the interior.

You will be informed as soon as it is in service.

4. Smokers

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside.

Smoking is allowed only outside.

Please use the ashtrays.

5. Air conditioning & respect for the environment

Thank you for:

• adjust the air conditioning between 23° and 24°C,

• turn it off when you leave the rooms.

• Pool towels also provided in the rooms

Please do not use the bath towels at the pool.

7. Swimming pool

The pool is not secure.

The kitchen is entirely at your disposal.

The villa is located in a quiet area.

Parties and large gatherings are not allowed.
