Nice studio located in a building with swimming pool close to all amenities and 10 minutes walk from the city center and the ferry terminal.
The studio of 20m2 with a small private terrace of 6m2 is on the 5th floor accessible by lift and offers all the necessary comfort:
- Air conditioned and equipped with a fan.
- A queen size orthopedic bed (160 x 200) of very good quality
- Bed and bathroom linen is provided.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC
- Private internet / wifi, flat screen TV
- Kitchen equipped with induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, capsule espresso machine, kettle, toaster
- Free parking in the building.
The area is close to a medical center, a pharmacy and a small supermarket. In the evening, there are several open places not far to eat and the Vaiete Square is a 10-minute walk away
