2 bedroom townhouse located in a guarded subdivision in Vista Alegre Bacolod City. Place is new and fully furnished with split-type aircon in 1 bedroom. No carport, parking will be in front of the house. It's in Grapes St and walking distance to subdivision's entrance and Espacio (park) and basketball court.
The subdivision is along barangay road and 5 minutes tricycle ride going to national road (Hernaez Avenue) where jeepneys are available to go places in Bacolod.
