About this space. This 2-BR fully furnished condo unit is in Palm Villas 1 located right in front of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3. It is inside Newport City, one of Manila's prime destinations where the renowned Resorts World-Manila is located. The space The Condo suite is tastefully designed w/ a modern homey style feel furnished w/ minimal but functional furnitures. All you need to bring are your personal belongings as the suite comes in w/ complete amenities. It is a fully furnished 2-bedroom unit. BR-1 has a Queen-size bed & a dresser that can function as an office table. BR-2 has a single w/ a pull-out bed. The whole unit can comfortably accommodate 4 pax however an additional 1 to 2 persons can also fit because the sofa in the living room is also a double-bed. A corresponding fee of P300/ head is added to the daily rate in excess of 4pax to cover for the extra beddings and towels. All BRs including the living room are fully airconditioned. CR has a hot & cold shower equipped w/ a hair blower. A complete kitchen w/ref, microwave, stove, cooking wares and water heater. Dining area w/ dining essentials, Smart TV, Free WIFI, Laundry area w/ washing machine, flat iron and ironing table & other Basic Essentials. Other things to note The unit can comfortably accommodate 4 pax but can accept up to a maximum of 6pax if willing to use the sofa bed. An extra payment will be charged at P300/head to cover cost for utilities linens , towels, blankets and toiletries.

Our Unit provides accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool and a balcony. From our place approximately 5 km away to Mall of Asia Arena. A 6-minute walk from Newport Mall. Runway Manila is a 220 meter pedestrian bridge connecting NAIA Terminal 3 and Newport City which will take you to NAIA 3 approximately a 10minute walk, it's an air-conditioned walkway bridge between NAIA terminal 3 and Newport City. 2 Minute walk from the unit, there's a chain of restaurants and watson nearby.
