Enjoy our beautiful vacation house located in Panglao Island. Surrounded with renowned tourist destination and world class beach resorts, it is strategically placed in Panglao and just a few minutes away to the capital city of Bohol, Tagbilaran City.
Our unit is inside the Royal Palms Tres subdivision that’s blessed with serene environment, yet very close to community center where you can have direct access to basic essentials for your family.
The space
The unit is newly built with high-quality materials featuring modern Mediterranean-inspired design. We have 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, modular closet, living room, dining room, kitchen counter with sink and 2 toilets and bathroom fixtures, an open carport and a balcony.
Guest access
Guests have full access of the whole house except for the locked closet that will be used for the house keeping.
Other things to note
The property is inside a prime, well secured Royal Palms Tres Subdivision with a 24-hour security on duty at the subdivision's gate.
