The property is a fully furnished condominium located in a peaceful and convenient place in Makati. The space is a 1 bedroom unit with balcony with the refreshing resort like pool ang garden view. It has a very comfortable full double bed, sofa bed, soft pillows, clean linens, beddings and towels. Free hotel dental kit and disposable slippers. Enjoy free coffee, assorted teas and treats. We also have mini bar in case you are tired buying foods and drinks in the mall. Iron and ironing mat is also available same as with hair blower. Washing machine with dryer and a cloth hanger to dry your clothes. Plates, glasses and cooking ware same as with rice cooker, water heater and a coffee maker, refrigerator, cooktop and condiments is available in our kitchen area. Shampoo, body wash and conditioner are free while enjoying bath in our water heater. Bidet is also available. The neighborhood is very peaceful as it is a luxury condo. We have pay parking at the basement floor/mall parking. 50 pesos for first 2 hours and 20 pesos on succeeding hour. 300 pesos overnight. There are also taxis or grab around the area and just one block away are public utility vehicles. The area is also close to major malls in Makati. 500-1km away from the area, just a few minutes of walk.
