Homey Comfy CondoTel- simple but elegant interior condotel designed for our guests who wishes to make their staycation like home but away from home. A classy-look 1BR is located at the heart of the City of Davao at 24th Avida Tower 2. Our goal is to make sure our guests will enjoy the feeling of "Homey & Comfy" environment. The overlooking Seaview of Samal & Mountain View of Mt. Apo while on the bed squeezing the 300 thread counts of pillow cases, bedsheets & comforter is a MUST-experience. The guests can use the ff: 1. Dining Area- plates, mugs, glasses and cutleries are available in the kitchen cabinet. Free coffee, creamer, tea and sugar are provided on the table. 2. Living Area- enjoy the TV entertainment (Pls note that the Building itself has no ready connections of Cable & Internet) Meantime, you can watch the saved movies on the USB attached on the key. 3. Kitchen Area- you can use the refrigerator, microwave and kettle. By the way, Tap water is drinkable. If you feel like cooking, you can use the induction cooker and ensure that range hood is on to avoid the smoke detection. 4. Bathroom 5. Bedroom
