Balai Julian has 2 units of 2 Storey 2 Bedroom house equipped with complete furniture. The bedrooms and living area are all air-conditioned with free Wifi Connection and cable TV.
This is an ongoing project which will eventually be developed into a private villa once the project is complete. As of now the 1st unit is already ready for occupancy.
Balai Julian is owed by a pure Taclobanon and is into real estate business in Leyte, and Balai Julian is just one of them.
The place is situated near Robinsons Marasbaras. A private road going to the property is just infront Ulding's Hotel. It is within a private compound which offers privacy.
The property is near a mall, hospital 7-11 and a flee market.
