BalaiTinay is a short walk to Old Albay city near government center while along a quiet secondary local neighborhood street only 100 meters off the main avenues of restaurants (Biggs, 24x7 Jollibee), cafes (Small Talk, La Mia Taza), supermarket (Robinsons) and all types of land transport. BalaiTinay Guesthouse is a residence converted into a BB and happily welcoming local and international travelers and guests since 2011.
