As I am almost continiously traveling for work, I have a lot of experience being a guest in Booking com. Over the years I expierenced great places and hosts, but also from time to time unnecessary inconveniences, such as not enough towels, no water, no good pillows or duvet. My goal is to bring the best expierience to my guests, and offer you a great home awa from home.

Property information

Large studio, fully newly furnished in Urban Deca Homes Tisa. The unit has 2 bunk beds (queen botton/single top) and a double sofabed. 50 inch smart TV, Playstation 4 with games, Netflix, WIFI. Fully equipped kitchen with induction plate, hot plate, rice cooker, microwave etc. Water dispensor with hot/cold water. Aircon, bathroom with shower with hot/cold water. Hairdryer, flat iron, bed linnen, towels, disposable slippers etc. 3rd floor of a walk-up building. Easy access via Digi-lock.

Neighbourhood information

The unit is in Uraban Deca Homes Tisa. Tisa has been the destination for “siomai” lovers in Cebu. The steamed pork dumplings are sold on roadside stalls for P7 apiece, served with chili sauce and calamansi as perfect pair for hot steaming rice. Urban Deca Homes Tisa is a friendly gated subdivision, with 24/7 guards that can assist you if needed. There are 2 basketball courts, and a swimming pool, but unfortunately the swimming pool is currently under construction. Its about 4.5 km to Fuente Osmeña Circle, 4.5 km to Colon street, 1 km from Gaisano Capital Tisa, 4.5 KM from SM Seaside, and 2 km from Cebu Institute of Technology University. Public parking is very limited, but its easy to get a Grab, or a taxi at the Barangay entrance and there are usually habel-habel motors outside.
