2km from the beach (Saysain), 1km from Friendship Tower and 2km from Las Casas de Acuzar. Mountain views and rice fields adorn the picture windows of the villa. A very large gated property with a newly constructed large studio type villa designed for 3 to 5 guests. A quant pool awaits with a table and pool chairs; an umbrella and lots of sunshine for your relaxation and enjoyment.
Kevin is transplanted American with roots in the Philippines for 28 years. Sheila is a Special Education School teacher who spends her time working at our beach resort in Saysain. We love mixing with people while ensuring their private time is private. We assure all of our guests the best experience and will go out of our way to know they are going to leave with a memorable experience
Casa de Simone in perched on a small hill overlooking the rice fields of Ibis, Bagac. Mountain views and balmy breezes make conditions for the pool deck quite comfortable, even in the midst of summer. There are a few small restaurants in the area, and also a kitchen in the villa for those looking to be self sufficient. Portable BBQ grills are allowed.
