Great place to save money for such a cozy and huge space.

Neighbourhood information

5 mins by car to LAPAZ MARKET, FAMOUS TEDS BATCHOY RESTO and GAISANO MALL . It about 10 to 15 mins ride to Iloilo city downtown area, 10 mins ride to Iloilo Mission Hospital, 20 mins ride to JARO CATHEDRAL CHURCH. The road to the apartment is narrow but small cars like taxi are ok and we have a parking area for small car infront of the apartment . If you walk less than 5 mins to the main road from the apartment , there's plenty of " TRISIKAD" to get you to LAPAZ MARKET for 10 pesos or 20 pesos and then take the jeepnies to Iloilo city downtown area.
