Neighborhood is safe and secured as it is a luxury block of condominiums and offices. The building is also beside the Fire Station and Police station. available 350 pesos parking 24 hours. There are also taxis or grab around the area and just one block away are public utility vehicles. The area is also close to major malls and offices in Makati. 500-1km away from the area, just a few minutes of walk.
