This stylish and cozy townhouse located in Deca Clark will definitely give you a homey feel as you relax with all the amenities available such as WiFi, Smart TV with Youtube and Netflix, air conditioned rooms, washing machine, shower heater, fully functional kitchen and a lot more. Shops of all kinds are just within walking distance. Being centrally located in the heart of Angeles City, you are just 15 minutes away by car to SM Clark City and 20 minutes from Clark International Airport. You are renting the entire townhouse with 2 airconditioned bedrooms. 1 bedroom with twin size bed and another small bedroom with 2 single size beds

Hi, Thank you for choosing our place. Please be reminded of the following house rules No parties or events allowed. No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. Suitable for toddlers and children under 12. 10 years old above are considered as adults, so they will be charged with extra fee. No unregistered guests allowed. If you expect any visitor during your stay, please inform your host. Visitors are only allowed to stay for a maximum of 3 hours upon arrival and should not sleep over in the house. They can only stay until 10 pm. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Please respect the noise curfew which starts at 10 pm onwards. Please turn off the AC when you go out. Please respect check-in and check-out times. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. Please do your dishes. Please take the trash out before you leave. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. Please do not do your laundry in the shower/toilet. Please do not drop tissue or sanitary napkins in the toilet.

The townhouse is located in an average Filipino neighborhood where you can find a wide variety of shops and services. Filipinos are one of the most fun loving people you’ll ever meet. They love singing, dancing and karaoke is one of their favorite things to do. Mostly are pet owners and being in a townhouse neighborhood, this can be an issue for some people. Anyway, I would say that the neighborhood is generally safe and most people know and respect each other.
