Domu Mia Villa is located in General Luna, 200 meters from the beautiful white sand beach of Malinao, 3 km from the noise of the center, 5km from Gwan popular surf spots for beginners and 8 km from Cloud9 surfing Area. Being a perfect location for relaxing and actually feeling in a tropical paradise island, the property is surrounded by coconut palms, no other buildings have been constructed yet, although the green forest and the nature are all around it. The Villa is composed of two Studio rooms on the ground floor featuring a private patio, garden, private toilet with hot shower and free toiletries, private equipped kitchen, refrigerator, air conditioner, ceiling fan and free Starlink WiFi with speeds of up to 250mbps. The apartment on the first floor offers 25sqm terrace with garden and jungle views has parquet floors, 1 big bedroom with air conditioner and 1 mezzanine with double bed and standing fan, 1 bathroom with hot shower and free toiletries, private equipped kitchen with ceiling fan, a big living area with a sofa bed. On request it can accommodate up to 4 guests. Surfing, Hiking and snorkeling can be enjoyed nearby, while a bicycle or motorbike rental service, are also available on request.
