The key: It will be handed to you personally upon arrival. Cleaning and or Laundry Services: It will be available at your request. The Parking: It is a private parking in a gated compound by the Entrance/Exit Main Door of the building. Your Vehicle is Secure during your Stay. The Security Guards roam around at night. The Building: It has Stairs, Elevator, and Designated Smoking Areas. For Smoking Client(s): My unit is a Non-Smoking Condo however, you can still enjoy smoking in our Designated Areas by the Elevator, Stairs, and Windows.
