The establishment features four generously sized rooms, each ranging from 34 to 39 square meters, situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a walk-up building. These rooms are designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, ensuring a comfortable and intimate setting. Guests at GIA's Place are greeted each morning with a freshly prepared breakfast, setting the tone for a day of relaxation. A caretaker is always present to attend to guests' needs at any hour, providing a sense of security and convenience. The rooms are well-appointed with modern amenities including a private bathroom with hot and cold showers, a clothing cabinet with hangers, an extra storage cabinet, a 58” Google TV, a hair dryer, towels, basic toiletries, a living room with a sofa bed, a queen-size bed, and a working table. While in-room cooking is not permitted, a refrigerator and microwave are provided for food storage and preparation.
