This home away from home is clean, comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully decorated. It has three bedrooms with a total of five beds and two full-size bathrooms. All three bedrooms have air conditioners, as well as the living room. The kitchen is well equipped with small kitchen appliances, cookware, and dinnerware. Every bathroom has a water heater and bidet. The fiber Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, which is great for remote work. Netflix is also included. The house is located in the quiet neighborhood of Buena Park, with a 24/7 security guard. It is a seven - to eight minute drive to the new government center, restaurants, and malls.

Hospitality is something that I am naturally gifted at. My main goal is to give everyone that stays at my place comfort, convenience, relaxation, peace of mind, memorable moments, fun filled times, etc. There is always room for improvement, so I make sure I take note of every detail, suggestion, recommendation, concern, and issue that my guests made me aware of. I am very well travelled, and I myself know how it is to come to a place where it feels like home, clean, safe, and you have pretty much everything you need. My personality is very friendly. I talk to people like they are my old friends, even when we haven't met, so please don't be surprised if I talk to you that way. It is just who I am in general.

We live in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Homeowners keep to themselves, and they mind their own business, but they also look out for each other for security reasons. There is also a small sari-sari store in front of our house, so if you need anything, this will come in very handy. At the back of our house, there is a homeowner who sells barbecue food like chicken inasal, pork, etc. There is also a group of women who gather once a week at the Clubhouse for Zumba, which is a two-minute walk from our house. You are welcome to join them for a small fee. From the main road, many forms of public transportation are readily available. Taxis often wait at the entrance of the subdivision. Tricycles are also available near the subdivision entrance, and you can call the security guard to ask the tricycle driver to come get you.
