This Huge 2-bedroom unit is located in Tower 1 of Avida Towers strategically located in Cebu City’s most dynamic district, Cebu I.T. Park. Unit can cater up to 10pax. We offer amenities such as a swimming pool, a jogging trail, and an outdoor physical activity equipment. Our place is on the 3rd floor of the building which offers views of the mountains, the city and the buildings. Accessibility to malls, schools, hospitals, restaurants, and the like, is the prime advantage of our location.
