Property information

SnugglePod Condotel is located in the Grand Riviera Suites is a 57-storey condominium development that offers its residents a beautiful bayside view from the comforts of their home. The US embassy Manila is just across the Roxas Blvd. If you are looking for some of the interesting things you can do around town, here are my recommendations: Tourist Attraction: Ocean Park, Intramuros, National Museum, Museo Pambata, Luneta Park, Manila Bay Dolomite Beach, and so on. There’s a 7/11 convenience store at the ground floor & pharmacy (Mercury Drug) are located along Padre Faura Street Restaurant: Fast food chains (Jollibee, Chowking, McDonald’s and coffee shop (Starbucks’s) are just a walk away.

Neighbourhood information

The third high-rise residential building towers over historic Roxas Boulevard – just across the U.S. Embassy, it stands close to an array of Manila’s famed hotels, shopping & entertainment areas, dining establishments, museums & other cultural venues, and some of the country’s top educational institutions. Adding to the appeal as prime home in the city is its most captivating feature – a view of the gorgeous Manila Bay sunset, which affords residents a daily glimpse into the wondrous beauty of nature that is simply a sight to behold.
