Kembali Vista Villa is a modern Balinese-style villa built on a hill side facing the ocean. Its multiple verandas, balconies and view points all face West with magnificent views of the ocean, Talicud Island, Mount Apo and some glimpses of Davao City. The villa is inside Kembali Coast Residential Resort, near poblacion Kaputian, Samal Island Garden City. The villa is one individual house within the subdivision and shares the Residential Resort's amenities with other residents and guests (beach, pools, club house pavilions, etc). What to expect when staying at Kembali Vista Villa: * Guest have free access to the Kembali Coast beach area; * Kembali Vista Villa can set up chairs and a table at the beach area under a talisay tree for your group (included in the villa rental fee); * Swimming pools and club house pavilions are managed separately by Kembali Coast Residential Resort - Filinvest. There is a fee of p250/head to make use of them; * Two Kembali Coast pools and club house pavilions are available to Kembali Vista Villa guests (separate fee). One is 150 meters away from the villa and the other is at the beach area (a two minute drive from the villa). * The Villa is a 2 min drive or a 12 to 15 min walk to the beach area (on paved roads) and its adjacent club house pavilion and infinity pool. *The villa is best enjoyed if you have a vehicle during your stay to do the back and forth to the beach and to nearby poblacion Kaputian; *The main floor of the villa is accessible to PWDs (2 or 3 within a larger group); * There are limited restaurant options in nearby Kaputian. One Filipino restaurant, a few "karenderias", and some lechon manok and BBQ stands at night time; *The villa is set up for guests to cook their own comfort food or special gourmet meals. It has a fully equiped Kitchen, "dirty Kitchen" and both gaz and charcoal grills (gaz and charcoal provided). Mineral water is also provided in water dispensers.

We are delighted to host you and your group at Kembali Vista Villa! We designed and built the villa for ourselves as a vacation home and potential retirement nest. As we do not yet stay at the villa permanently, we are pleased to make it available to others wanting a "home away from home" from time to time. The villa is a great space for family and friends to get together for celebrations, family bonding, to enjoy one of Samal's best beaches and as a base to discover the rest of the Island. The poblacion area of Kaputian, is a small laid back village quite typical of rural Philippines. It basically has wet market, a 24 hour convenience store, a few fruit stands, and a few local carenderias and other small sari-sari type businesses. In the evenings, some lechon manok and BBQ stands. No Jolibee, cafes, restaurants and night life here!... Just relaxed, typical quiet life in a small fishing village. Talicud Island, facing the villa, is an integral part of the Kaputian area of Samal. Doing an "island hoping" tour around the island is a great way of getting a better feel for what the area offers. It has several nice beaches and snorkling spots and a half or full day out with a picnic on Babusanta beach is definitely worth doing. We can connect you to local boatmen who will be more than happy to take you out to discover the area. For those wanting to discover other nice spots in the Southern part of Samal, there are several other nice options to drive out to from the villa.
