Welcome to Leon’s Den, it’s our 1 bedroom condominium which can accomodate 4 People if the rest of the Guests agrees to sleep in the foam mattress on the floor provided. The guest can access the swimming pool and gym for FREE located on the top floor of the building, you just need to register to the caretaker of the pool and the gym of the building. My place is fully equipt with brand new LED TV with WI-FI cable , fridge and Hot and Cold shower, bed linens, towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils for cooking , but i strongly advice Guests NOT to cook smoke producing foods as all the condominium of the building is not designed with exhaust fan. GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BOOK TO STAY 2 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL . NO IMMIDIATE AND EMERGENCY BOOKING ALLOWED THIS IS TO FACILITATE MY CARETAKER OF THE CONDOMINIUM TO SET UP AND PREPARE THE CONDOMINIUM TO PROVIDE QUALITY SERVICE .MINIMUM STAY IS 1 MONTH AS PER CONDOMINIUM BUILDING RULES AND REGULATIONS.

My place is actually the center for everything! It’s Across the massive ROBINSON’s GALLERIA MALL; Philippine Stock Exchange is 8min. Drive and 18 min. Walk; SM MEGA MALL is 7min. Drive and 20 min. Walk; Shangri-la Plaza is 11min. Drive and 23 min. Walk; Ortigas MRT station is 8min. Drive and 15 min. Walk; EDSA Shrine is 6min. Walk; Metrowalk Complex is 18 min walk; THE MEDICAL CITY is 10 min. Walk; Bonifacio Global City and Fort Bonifacio is 30 min. Drive; POEA is 7min. Walk; Eastwood Mall is 15 min. Drive; Greenhills shopping center is 10min. Drive; MALL OF ASIA is 30min. Drive; NINOY AQUINO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT Is 35 min. Drive MINIMUM STAY IS ONE MONTH ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM BUILDING RULES AND REGULATIONS.
