In the city center, 15mn drive from the international airport, our house is located at the end of a quiet street in a very safe compound. Surrounded by trees, outside terrace in the garden with table. You will feel most comfortable inside and outside. Renovated in 2020. Fiber Internet Converge. A/C inverter. 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.2 Hot shower. Kitchen with all facilities to cook. Private parking in the property for one car or van. Our manager leaves nearby and can welcome you anytime, always available in case of any needs. I will be available on the phone for any request or in case of any problem during your stay.
Peaceful and safe environment, close to the center A few minutes walk from the City hall of Legazpi, Albay Cathedral and the Astrodom. The tricycles can take you to the house. Jeepney are 300 meters on the main road. You can park your car inside the property or outside at the entrance gate (very safe).
