The Nakpil House sits on a 2,695 sqm property amidst pine trees and luxuriant gardens. Centrally located but relatively quiet. Pink Sisters’ Convent, Brent School, groceries and restaurants are a short walk away. Built in 1952 and designed by the firm of Philippine National Architect Juan Nakpil as a vacation home for his family, it has distinct mid-century architectural features and original furniture. The house has no TV and offers cozy spaces for family gatherings and fireside conversations.
I am an entrepreneur in Manila, who enjoys traveling the world to see natural wonders, to walk small towns and explore their markets to be able to cook with the special produce I find.
Caretaker on property can provide additional bed and bath linen upon request. Bottled water is provided in 5 gallon containers.
Quiet part of old Baguio that isn't congested like Baguio is today. We are a few minutes walk from the Pink Sisters convent and right across Brent International school.
