Be the first to enjoy and experience a short-term stay or a week-long staycation at this brand-new, chic, modern, and elegantly-interiored condominium at Shore 3 Residences. It is centrally located at the Mall of Asia, Pasay City, Metro Manila, and in close proximity to local amenities like Starbucks, SM Hypermarket, Alfa Mart, Watsons, and City Bites Laundry shop. Other Prominent landmarks are City of Dreams, NAIA, and Resorts World.
We are a husband and wife who recently ventured into the short-term rental business. We are currently residing in Toronto, Canada but our condo unit is co-managed by our parents who are staying in Manila. All guests are welcome as long as you keep our place tidy during your stay. Thank you so much!
Shore 3 Residences is within walking distance of the Mall of Asia. It is surrounded by restaurants, grocery, convenience stores, and coffee shops. There is private parking managed by SMDC properties right in front of BDO and Shore 1 Residences. The overnight parking rate is approx. 500 PHP.
